Cheesy Chili Tuna Roll

What you need :

1 can either San Marino or Century Tuna Chili/Spiced Tuna
Lumpia wrapper
1/2 block of Eden cheese
1 cup water (for sealing of lumpia wrappers)

Procedure:

1. Cut your cheese into long strips. Preferably, how big/small you want your servings to be.
2. Separate your lumpia wrappers since it sticks to each other when you bought it at your local market or supermarket.
3. Wash your hands since this is easily prepared when done with hands.
4. Get a sheet of lumpia wrapper and put an ample amount of tuna. Put at least 1 or 2 strips of cheese on top of the tuna. Roll the wrapper. Upon rolling, be sure to lock the contents inside by folding the sides of the wrapper into the middle. Repeat until you are satisfied with how much rolls you want.
5. On a frying pan, preheat a cup of oil for about 2 minutes in low heat.
6. Carefully place your rolls into the pan. Cook until golden brown.
7. Serve and enjoy.
